Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take the time off from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
